Hi, I’m Karthik Balaji

I started RightFit Technology Advisory because I kept seeing the same problem: growing businesses spending months (and thousands of dollars) on software that wasn't right for them - because no one helped them ask the right questions before they bought.

My background spans software development and revenue management consulting, where I've spent years helping companies evaluate, select, and implement systems like CRM, ERP, Pricing, CPQ and now AI platforms. I have seen the process from every angle, as the person building the software, advising on the strategy, and managing the implementation.

Why I do this

Most small and mid-sized businesses don't have a dedicated IT team or a CTO who can evaluate vendors objectively. They end up relying on the vendor's sales team, which is a bit like asking the car dealer if you need a new car.

I sit on your side of the table. I don't resell software, I don't take referral fees, and I have no preferred vendors. My only job is to help you make a decision you'll still be happy with two years from now.
